Upon arriving and checking in, you will receive a virtual queue link. This system allows you to relax nearby instead of standing in a long physical line, ensuring you enter the facility as quickly as possible once your turn arrives.
If you prefer to skip the wait entirely, we highly recommend upgrading to an Express Pass.

No. All sales are final. We enforce a strict NO REFUNDS policy under any circumstances. We do not offer rain checks, returns, or reschedules. Event dates may sell out due to capacity, so please be absolutely sure of your date and time before booking.

The Experience

It is much more than a traditional haunted house. Trial of Fears is an interactive, story-driven escape experience. You won't just be walking through dark hallways; you will be navigating the BRUTEX Laboratories, facing hands-on challenges, and working with your group to survive the outbreak while being hunted by live scare actors.

The exact time depends on your group's pace and how quickly you can solve the interactive trials under pressure, but most survivors make it through the quarantine zone in about 25 to 35 minutes.

Our scare actors will never intentionally touch you. They may get very close as part of the immersive experience, and incidental contact may occur. For the safety of our guests and performers, please do not touch the actors or props.

Trial of Fears is advised for adults and those ages 10+ due to the intense nature and profanity within our attraction. A parent or legal guardian must personally sign the waivers for all minors (those under the age of 18). Young children, toddlers or babies are heavily NOT recommended for this attraction.

The outbreak does not stop for bad weather. The event occurs rain or shine. Please dress accordingly if the forecast calls for rain, as parts of the queue may be exposed to the elements.

Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. You will be walking, ducking, and moving quickly to escape the infected. High heels, flip-flops, and restrictive clothing are highly discouraged. Leave bags and bulky items in your car, as you will need your hands free for the trials.
Health, Accessibility & Safety

Yes. The BRUTEX quarantine facility is a highly sensory environment. You will encounter dense theatrical fog, intense strobe lights, extremely low visibility, loud sudden noises, and claustrophobic spaces. If you suffer from asthma, epilepsy, heart conditions, or are prone to seizures, we strongly advise against entering.

Because Trial of Fears features narrow corridors, uneven terrain, and interactive physical obstacles, full wheelchair accessibility may be limited in certain areas of the quarantine zone. If you get too scared or need to leave for any reason, simply let any staff member know. A team member will escort you out of the attraction. Please note that there are no refunds for leaving early.
Venue Rules & Prohibited Items

No. Photography, videography, and the use of flashlights (including cell phone lights) are strictly prohibited inside the quarantine zone. The darkness is your friend, and light ruins the experience for everyone. Save your photos for outside the attraction—we will have photo opportunities available!

For the safety of our staff and guests, attendees are NOT permitted to wear masks, full face paint, or bulky costumes. We need to easily distinguish our survivors (you) from the infected (our actors).

We strongly encourage you to leave all bags, purses, and backpacks in your vehicle. You will be moving quickly through tight spaces, and bulky items will slow you down. We do not provide lockers on-site, and Trial of Fears is not responsible for any lost or dropped items in the dark.

No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed. Furthermore, any guests who arrive visibly intoxicated or pose a danger to our staff and other guests will be denied entry without a refund. You will need your full wits about you to survive the BRUTEX outbreak.
